Disputes & support

Opening a dispute

Most trades go smoothly, but if an order isn't delivered or isn't as described, escrow protects you — don't confirm the order.

  1. Try to resolve it with the other party in the order chat first.
  2. If that fails, open a dispute on the order.
  3. Provide clear evidence: screenshots, what was promised vs. delivered, timestamps.
  4. Our team reviews both sides and decides how the escrowed funds are released.

Because the money is in escrow the whole time, neither side can run off with it during a dispute.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a dispute take?

It depends on the case and how quickly both sides provide evidence. Clear screenshots and details speed things up.

Who decides the outcome?

CryptoLarz support reviews the evidence from both parties and releases the escrowed funds to the rightful side.
