Yes. Creating an account, browsing and listing products are all free. A small fee applies only when a trade completes or when you withdraw.

How does escrow keep my money safe?

When a buyer pays, the funds are held by the platform — not the seller — until the buyer confirms the order was delivered. Neither side can be cheated. Read what is escrow.

How do I add money to my balance?

Open Add Funds, choose a coin (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum or TRX), and send crypto to the deposit address shown. Your balance is credited automatically once the network confirms.

Which coin is cheapest to deposit or withdraw?

USDT or TRX on the Tron network have very low fees (cents), making them ideal for smaller amounts. Bitcoin and Ethereum are more widely held but can cost more.

How long does a deposit take to show up?

Usually a few minutes, after the blockchain confirms your transaction. Bitcoin can take longer than Tron or Ethereum. Your balance updates automatically and we email you.

How do I cash out / withdraw my balance?

Are there withdrawal fees or a minimum?

A small, flat network fee is shown in the quote before you confirm, and a minimum withdrawal applies (shown on the page). If a withdrawal cannot be completed, your balance is automatically refunded.

How do I sell on CryptoLarz?

Create a listing with a clear title, a detailed description, a price and a delivery time. When a buyer pays, the funds sit in escrow until you deliver and they confirm. Read how to sell digital products online.

How and when do I get paid as a seller?

Once the buyer confirms delivery, escrow releases the payment to your CryptoLarz balance. You can withdraw it to your own crypto wallet whenever you like.

Can I turn a gift card into crypto?

Is it safe to trade with strangers?

Yes, when you use the protections: keep payments in escrow, check the other person's reputation, and never deal off-platform. Read is P2P trading safe.

What if a product is not delivered or is wrong?

Do not confirm the order. Open a dispute instead, and a neutral moderator reviews the evidence and can refund you from escrow.

How do I keep my account secure?

Use a strong, unique password, turn on two-factor authentication, and never share your password, codes or wallet private keys. See keeping your account secure.

Will CryptoLarz ever ask for my password or private key?

Never. No staff member will ask for your password, verification codes, or a wallet's private key. Anyone who does is a scammer — do not share them.
